How do I recover my username? If you forgot your username, please send an email to limoforsale@lctmag.com from the email address you used to set up your account. You will be contacted by our staff with your username.
How can I obtain a refund? Payments from LimoforSale.com are processed through Paypal and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
I think an ad is fradulant, how can I report it? LimoforSale.com does not tolerate fradulent ads and will remove ads and users without refund. To report a fraudlent ad email the listing ID to limoforsale@lctmag.com with the subject line "Fraudulent LFS Ad". The listing ID can be found on any listing page just below the pictures.
An unauthorized listing for a vehicle? LimoforSale.com does not support brokers and our goal is to connect buyers with actual sellers. Unauthorized ads will be removed without refund. To report an ad containing your vehicle for sale by an unauthorized party, email the listing ID to limoforsale@lctmag.com with the subject line "Unauthorized LFS Ad". The listing ID can be found on any listing page just below the pictures.
How can I place my first ad? (after purchasing credits)
1. Go to "Sell Your Limo"
2. Select the desired package
3. Confirm the desired package & that you have sufficient credits
4. Go to "Sell Your Limo"
5. Enter your ad information
6. Add pictures
7. Save your ad
Trouble with uploading photos
- JPEG or JPG files work best
- The file size should be less than 100kb
- To resize your photo to meet the limits we suggest using Photoshop, MS Paint, or websites such as http://www.shrinkpictures.com/, http://www.picresize.com/, http://www.resizeyourimage.com/, or http://www.resize.it/
